Can I cancel/change an order :

Our orders are swiftly packed and shipped. Should you wish to cancel an order, kindly reach out to us promptly. If the item(s) have not yet been processed, meaning neither shipped nor packed, we can proceed with the cancellation and provide a full refund.

For order modifications, please contact us at lamodestclothingco@gmail.com If the items have not been processed, we will endeavour to accommodate changes provided the requested items are still available. 

 

What do I do if I receive the wrong order ?

Please contact lamodestclothingco@gmail.com with all details and images of the order and we will discuss exchange preferences.

 

How soon will I get my refund : 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your returned order to be received by our team. Upon receipt, please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with further information regarding your refund.

 

How long before my order ships :

Can I return a sale item :

Please note that all sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

 

Do you ship internationally : 

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. However, we're actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations soon.

 

What size should I choose when purchasing an order :
